Great staff all around...Katie at the front desk could not have been any nicer. Pablo was personable, professional and funny. Adam was top notch, explaining, in detail, residual affects of electrical shock and what to watch for. Finally, Mia, who, clearly, loves her job, went above and beyond to make an awkward, uncomfortable situation, as comfortable as humanly possible! Thank you, to: The "A" Team! You Guys Rock!

Despite having been there recently with perfectly valid insurance, they insisted the insurance wouldn’t go through. Was told we could pay $160 up front & try to get it back from insurance company. Then I watched an older woman get bullied into providing credit card info so they could automatically charge whatever insurance doesn’t cover. To top it all off, a 19 year old in need of stitches was turned away because he didn’t have ID. The adult with him offered to pay the full cost, but they still refused. We left & went to another place where medical needs and care are the priority. I will never go back there.

--- UPDATE: I waited for another 30 minutes and nothing. So, I asked for a refund and left. If you're in extreme pain and need to see a doctor within 3 hours, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!I've been waiting to be seen by a doctor for over two and a half hours now. There were four people waiting when I arrived. They have all been seen but me. I'm still waiting.I was taken to the room and saw the nurse. She said that the provider would be in shortly. That was 57 minutes ago. Still waiting.If you have the option, go somewhere else!
